Privacy policy
Xelnovora BV ("we", "us") respects your privacy and processes your personal data exclusively in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and the Belgian Act of 30 July 2018 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data.

2. What data we collect
When you sign up to our newsletter we collect your first name and email address. We also collect limited technical data (IP address, browser type, language preference) to secure and improve the site.
3. Purposes of processing
Your email address is used to notify you of new real estate projects in Belgium. Technical data is used for site security, fraud prevention and anonymised statistics.
4. Legal basis
We process your personal data on the basis of your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and, for technical cookies, on the basis of our legitimate interest in offering the service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
5. Retention period
Newsletter data is kept for as long as you remain subscribed and up to 12 months after unsubscription. Technical log files are kept for a maximum of 12 months.
6. Transfers to third parties
We never sell your data. Your email address is only shared with our email processor (a processor within the EEA) acting under a Data Processing Agreement in line with Art. 28 GDPR.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object. You can exercise these rights via privacy@xelnovora.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels).
